BrandIn partner programme

BrandIn is helping customers around the world create on-brand presentations and documents quickly, and efficiently. You can help your customers achieve the same results by joining our partnership program. Once enrolled, you can start using BrandIn yourself and then begin promoting it to your prospects and customers.

Your customers benefit, and so do you. How?

Foster relationships

Create stronger client relationships that help you retain and grow your service business.

Access all features

Access the top tier Enterprise plan with no limits on users, workspaces and features.

Earn commission

Every invoiced and paid subscription earns commission, for a period of up to three years.

How does it work?

Joining the program is easy. All you need to do is complete the partner application form and once accepted, you will be given access to the Enterprise Plan. You can then start registering each lead and once a sale has been invoiced by us and paid, we pay you the commission. Details are included in the partnership agreement below.

  • Apply: Complete this registration form. We will review it and, once accepted, we’ll send you details about how to access the programme.
  • Register leads: Register each sales lead that you engage with. This helps protects your investment.
  • Sell subscriptions: Once we receive the subscription payment for your sale, we pay you your commission, annually.

Partnership agreement

We’ve made the agreement easy to understand. It helps us protect you and your business as well as serve BrandIn subscribers to the best of our joint abilities.

Got any questions?

Let’s try to answer them here.

Q: What marketing materials do BrightCarbon provide to help me promote BrandIn to my customers and prospects?

A: We provide a package of materials in our online Partner Hub that includes the following; internal sales and onboarding documents, training on getting the most out of BrandIn, demo videos and walkthroughs.

Q: What happens if I register a lead and they reach out to BrightCarbon for services which my company has delivered to them in the past?

A: BrightCarbon operates on trust and transparency, and it is not our intention to take service business away from our partners. If this happens, we will firstly disclose to the customer that there already appears to be a relationship with you as our partner. If the customer insists that they want to do business with us, we will contact you to discuss the situation and find a mutually agreeable way forward.

Q: How does BrightCarbon protect my existing customers from being approached by other competing companies?

A: In the context of BrandIn alone, if you have already registered a customer as a lead, we will let the other company know and reject their registration if they are attempting to register a lead for the same part of the same organisation.
