InterSystems technology powers some of the world’s most important applications – from electronic patient records to supply chain management systems. For the past five years, we’ve partnered with InterSystems on their flagship annual event, InterSystems READY. Each year, the event brings together over 1,000 customers, prospects, and industry experts to share insights and shape the future of data management.
Despite InterSystems technology being proven and trusted globally, the company name itself isn’t widely recognized. READY was a chance to change that, with a renewed drive to showcase the brand as a world leader and give their executives the tools to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Our goal was simple: to create an audience experience that reflected the sophistication of their technology and the professionalism of their company.
Our approach
Part of the team: Events are already stressful, so our approach is designed to minimize stress for presenters, SMEs and organizers. We slotted straight into the marketing department, running messaging workshops, managing design reviews, and flexing around speakers’ busy schedules to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Creative storytelling: We knew the content would be highly technical, so we focused on storytelling techniques to bring it to life. In particular, extended analogies helped simplify complex concepts, making them memorable and engaging for a diverse audience. Every slide was designed to do more than look good, it was crafted to say something useful and to leave a lasting impression.
On-site support: Our on-site consultants were there to keep things running smoothly. We managed rehearsals, coached speakers, and took care of last-minute refinements, so presenters could step on stage feeling prepared and confident. Behind the scenes, we worked hand-in-hand with AV partner Dyventive to make sure every detail looked stunning on the 60-foot-wide video wall.
The impact
The result was an event that elevated InterSystems profile and delivered a first-class experience for attendees. Social media buzzed with excitement, speakers were energized by the audience response, and the messaging landed exactly as intended.
