Gamification is a buzzword in the learning industry. Done well and it can have a huge impact on learners, done poorly and all that time, effort, and money may well have created something cool, but ineffective at achieving the behaviour change it was meant to help with. During this session we’re going to take a step back to dig into what makes gamification so effective, based on principles found in neuroscience. We’ll then apply all of that learning to some examples to see good gamification in action.

Everyone who registers for the session will be sent the recording and follow-up materials.

First of all the deck looks great, once again you guys have done an outstanding job. Second, I’d like to comment on the quality of the training provided by your colleagues - quite simply it was exceptional. I have spoken to the whole team and that view is unanimous. Please pass this on.
